MCM Comic Con Reviews

I went to MCM Comic Con with the amount of people there, I expected the place to feel a bit grim by lunchtime. But it actually stayed clean for most of the day, which made me feel a lot more relaxed walking around. The toilets were definitely busy during the peak times, but I kept seeing staff checking in and topping up paper, so it felt like they were genuinely trying to stay on top of it. A few bins were overflowing later on, which wasn’t ideal, but it never got to the point where it felt gross or uncomfortable. There’s room for improvement, but overall I left feeling impressed.

I thought the line was going to take forever, but it moved way quicker than expected. Entry was really simple too. I had asked support beforehand and they basically said, “just have your info ready and you should be fine,” and that was pretty much exactly how it went.

Went to MCM Comic Con getting there was much easier than I thought it would be. The trains were really close by, and parking was straightforward too. I was half expecting to lose loads of time figuring it all out or stressing about where to park, but none of that happened. Just got in smoothly and enjoyed the day

I went to MCM Comic Con and, i was expecting it to be a bit chaotic — maybe that’s just me making excuses because I’m not great with huge crowds. But the crowd control was actually better than I thought it would be. The queues moved along well, staff were keeping everyone flowing, and I never really felt stuck in one overcrowded spot. Security were easy to spot too, and it felt like help was nearby if anyone needed it. I felt safe the whole day and I’d definitely go again.

I went to MCM and found the cashless payments really easy on the day. I bought food and picked up a couple of things from different stalls without any real trouble. One card reader was a bit slow at one point, but the staff dealt with it quickly and kept things moving. Personally, I thought the onsite payment setup was solid and made the day a lot less stressful.

I mostly went because of the guest lineup — that was the big pull for me, and it pretty much delivered. There were some really solid names there, and the panels were actually fun, not that awkward overly polished kind of thing where everyone sounds like they’re reading off a card. Random side note, one panel room filled up way faster than I expected, so definitely plan ahead if there’s something you really care about seeing. A couple of the queues were a bit all over the place too, but nothing that ruined the day. Overall, I had a great time, wandered around, caught the stuff I wanted, missed a couple things, and I’d definitely go again if the guest list is good...

Went to MCM Comic Con in cosplay and had such a good time. Loads of people asked for photos, and pretty much everyone was really friendly about it. Made the whole day feel relaxed. Just good vibes.

The facilities were fine overall, though the toilets got busy later on and the food queues were a bit much. Typical con stuff, really. There was enough space to sit down and take a breather, which helped a lot. Not perfect, but still a great day out.

I kept checking MCM Comic Con before I went, and the schedule was mostly accurate. Updates showed up fast enough, which helped a lot, though one panel change did throw me off for a bit. Overall, I’d say it was dependable and made planning my day much easier.

I went to MCM Comic Con i was expecting the WiFi and phone signal to be a mess like it usually is at big events. To be fair, I probably set myself up to assume the worst because my data normally gives up the second I walk into a busy venue. But this time I could actually text my friends, upload photos, and check the event app without much hassle. There were a couple of slow moments in the really packed areas, but nothing that ruined anything. Made the whole day a lot easier, tbh.

Overall, I found the venue mostly easy to follow, but a few of the halls were a bit confusing to navigate. The lifts also got busy quickly, which made moving between areas slower than I’d like. Accessibility was okay, but by my own standard, I’d expect the flow between different sections to feel a bit smoother

The cloakroom was super handy. Dropping off my bag was quick, no hassle at all, and the staff were really nice too!

I went recently and had a great time. The vendor variety was really good, and the exhibitors felt fun and engaging instead of just sitting there. Maybe it’s because it’s still fresh in my mind, but this was one of the more enjoyable setups I’ve been to lately.

The app worked fine for me!! It was easy to use, and the guide definitely helped when I wasn’t totally sure what to do... Only thing is, it lagged a little during busy times, which was kinda annoying!! But overall, not bad at all!!!

I had a really good time at MCM Comic Con, though I’m probably a bit biased because I already love this kind of event. The staff were friendly and really helpful when the queues got confusing, which made a big difference. One of them even pointed us toward the cloakroom without making us feel like idiots for asking. It was definitely busy, but overall I left feeling happy with the day.

We went with the kids and, it was just kind of okay. Like, some of the staff were really helpful, which was nice, but the whole place felt way too crowded, and it was a bit of a struggle getting around with the buggy. A few areas didn’t really feel that kid-friendly either, and the queues were, well, long. The kids ended up getting tired quite quickly, so yeah, I’m not really sure we’d rush back and do it again.

Well... I had a really fun time at MCM Comic Con. The ticket price felt fair for everything you get, and there was loads to look at, from stalls to all the amazing cosplay. We ended up spending most of the day there without even realising it. The food inside was a bit on the pricey side, but that’s kind of expected at these things. Overall, I thought it was good value and I’d definitely go again.

I booked a photo op and an autograph through MCM Comic Con and, it was all straightforward. The times and details were easy enough to figure out, and I wasn’t digging around forever trying to find my tickets, which was a nice bonus.

On the day, I expected the queues to be a bit of a nightmare, but they actually moved faster than I thought. The staff were friendly and kept pointing people in the right direction, even when it got busy. My photo turned out good too, so yeah, I’d definitely use it again...

The checkout process was really quick and I didn’t run into any problems. I’ll admit I felt a bit unsure after I paid, just because I’m always a little distrustful until I get confirmation, but everything seemed to go through fine.

I can’t say there weren’t plenty of decent food options around. The coffee was good too, and the queues didn’t move too slow, so it was a easy stop overall.

I went to MCM Comic Con with a couple of friends and had such a good time. The whole vibe was just really friendly, and there were so many incredible cosplays everywhere you looked. It was super easy to end up chatting with other fans too, which I loved. It was busy, I’m not going to lie, but not in a stressful way really — more like everyone was excited to be there. Just a proper fun day out.
